Challenge: While Men's Wearhouse is the number one tuxedo rental store in the country, online competition was quickly taking market share. Their goal was to reestablish themselves as the authority for looking good at prom.
Solution: We created a national holiday (National Promposal Day on March 11th) on behalf of Men’s Wearhouse, created promposal Snapchat geofilters for all high schoolers in the U.S. and Canada, and asked YouTube . sensation Brent Rivera if we could help him create his ultimate promposal.
10th Annual Short Awards Finalist: Native Advertising and Gamification
To continue our promposal story from the previous year, we helped Gen Z influencers Summer Mckeen and Dylan Jordan create their own Ultimate Proposals. Both Summer and Dylan filmed vlogs documenting their POV, which were posted across all social channels, promoting their videos and National Promposal Day.
At the same time, we created a Snapchat game targeted to 14-18 year olds that would run over a 2-week period. Once completed, the game unlocked a custom geofilter that could be used to ask friends to prom. We also created short video snapchat ads showing Dylan in different Men's Wearhouse suits.
